Privacy policy
We take the processing of personal data seriously and comply with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) as well as other relevant laws and regulations. This means, among other things, that we do not process personal data beyond what is necessary for the performance of an assignment or the management of a client relationship. Data is also deleted when it is no longer needed.
Disclosure of Information
Information may be disclosed, as required for the handling of a matter and/or the performance of agreements, within our group, to insurance companies, employment pension institutions, Kela, healthcare providers, client organizations, and the individuals concerned.
Data may also be disclosed to competent authorities, if necessary, to fulfill the brokerage firm’s legal obligations.
Data Retention
Data is retained for as long as necessary to fulfill the purpose for which it was collected, or for as long as required by law.
For example, we may retain certain transaction data or correspondence until the statute of limitations for filing claims regarding the transaction in question expires.
Personal data will be deleted when its retention is no longer necessary for the reasons mentioned above.
